I posted about this a while back..and sorry if this is TMI...but it was about the breast leaking a tad bit enough to have clear crusties when I wake up. A bunch of you said you experienced the same thing..

So have any of you started to actually leak yet? I don't leak but I can get just a tad bit of clear liquid if I squeeze. Sorry for TMI. Just wondering when do you start to actually leak enough to wear nursing pads?

It's normal. With my first daughter I started leaking around 30 weeks. At the end of the day there would be a little bit dried in my bra. It's normal, your body's just getting ready for the baby. You can wear pads if you want

I don't know if its enough to actually wear pads its never in my bra or shirts its just on my nipples..sry tmi again. lol. When will it actually start to flow out I plan on breast feeding and worried about the good stuff coming out before baby gets here..dont want her missing out on the nutrients in the first feedings.

I remember your post from a while back. I never leaked enough to need the breastpads (even while breastfeeding). If you are worried about it, just carry a few in your purse & have an extra shirt in your car. You may never need them, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared.

It's totally normal. I never really leaked until my LO was born, but I definitely had some clear discharge here and there. My sister leaked quite a lot with my niece, she would wear breast pads too!
