koka noodles - good r bad??

I have loads of packets of koka noodles in the press cos Rach loves them. So do I but was wondering does anyone know if these are full of calories? I was tempted to have them for lunch but resisted cos I want to know whats in them first. It doesnt give the nutrional value on the packet
