So It all started on friday so i no now.

Friday 15th:

9:40am i started having contractions every hour but they stopped at about 5pm or just got less noticable

Saturday 16th:

Started getting contractions again witch started at 7:40pm at my grans wedding reception every 30mins then 20,10 then they where between 5mintues-15minutes so thought not much of it but they stayied i manged to get some sleep..

Sunday 17th:

Got up early because i wanted to go out but started having contractions again and they was very painfull ranging from 4minutes-15mintues aparts.
Went to Oh's parents to pick up the digital camera because we though the baby might be here soon, went into the bathroom and was having pink discharge, so left for my mums as i was ment to go see her.. Decided we should right my birth plan Oh rang the mat unit to say the pain was unbarable i was having pink discharge and they where about 5mins part, We was told to take paracetimol and have a bath and sit it out for a bit..

Well my mum decided no chance in hell i was in to much pain and better to get there and be sent home that deliver baby at home.. Got the carpark ticket at 11:55am, went straight up into a room where a lady checked my Cervix and she told me i was 8/9cm Dialted so i was going to be admitted but i was to late for any drugs apart from gas and air and the birthpool room was in use but i ended up in the midwife led unit so there was a bath, sofa, birthball, beanbag on a like air bed so went in to the bath with my new best friend the gas and air was in there a while before i really really had to push so i got out and my waters had not gone yet but was no reason that they could not be broken i was fully dialted so i told her to do it and within a few mintues he was on his way out

So 2:05pm little Kyle Dylan Wailes Newson was born 7lbs 5.. With just gas and air and no tears just some slight grazes

Wow its a good job your mum was on the ball other wise you would have been having him at home ... its a shame about the birth pool being in use but it sounds like you had a good experience anyway.
