I know the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy.
I went before I was pregnant and after I found out I was pregnant I went once a month. Everyone thinks I'm just lucky but I think I owe my dream come true pregnancy to chiropractic care. No headaches no lower back pain no swelling no morning sickness [at 34 weeks was the 1st time I ever got sick, half hr of throwing up a banana split] heartburn and acid reflux started when I was 32 weeks but after an adjustment it goes away. Came back last week I have an appt tomorrow and will have that fixed. Every person I run into asks me how I'm feeling and if I'm ready or if I'm sick of being pregnant...the answer is no I feel wonderful. My only question is because I haven't experienced it yet... 3 weeks to go until I do, does chiropractic care help with labor and delivery? So far it hasn't failed me. But I've been told because I've had such a smooth pregnancy I will end up having a horrible birth. Not sure how true that is.

I think if anything the chiro will help with birth.. Especially if you've had your hips and pelvis aligned and adjusted... I was considering going due to spd but it's calmed down so it slipped my mind... It would be nice and I think beneficial to get a good treatment before labour. Glad you've enjoyed your pg so far.. I also can't complain too much!

I'm having regular chiro care, and he tells me it's amazing for the labour and birth, and has his pregnant women come in during labour for a quick adjustment before the birth! He also cared for a lady whose 2 previous labours before seeing him were both over 30 hours long, and her third birth was less then 2 after the chiro work

I'm getting antsy to see the outcome of my routine visits. I too have mine on call for when I go into labor. She said to go in for one when I start having regular contractions. I started raspberry leaf tea today to tone uterine muscles :) I'm so excited to become a mom. I still feel like it's a dream. I can't wrap my head around having a baby.
