Last night i was allover the living room trying to find a comfortable position that i may use for labour....yes i looked like a nutter and id forgotten to shut the curtains....so now my neighbours prob think im mad
So i cant lay on the bed with my legs open as its too painful...i also cant lay on my side for very long and if bubs got distressed in labour i wouldnt be able to move from that position very quickly so thats out.
I can get on all fours over my birthing ball so would this be a good position?
Im hoping to be at home for this, failing that use the hospital pool as long as they dont try to induce me (which is looking less likely now
) I think ill move easier in the pool tbh then i can be on all fours or leaning over the side iykwim?
Does anyone with experience of this have any ideas?
Im bricking it tbh this time cos i dont want to have extra pain relief just because of my stupid pelvis
