Large Cyst and Labour

Has anyone experienced birth with a large cyst? I have one which is 8 cm across. The obstetrician has advised that I shouldn't use a birthing centre as the cyst may burst which in itself is not a problem but if it takes a blood vessel with it then I would need to be rushed to theatre.

I'm wondering whether to take the risk with the BC as she said the risk of vessel rupture was low.

I'm also worried about extra pain of cyst bursting. Can anyone reassure me??!
