Hi
Not really posted before so not sure if right forum to post in....
My 3month old had bronculitus a couple of weeks ago... Whilst being assessed at the hospital the consultant was concerned that his fontanelle is larger than it should be. He has said it may be a lack of vitD so has booked for blood tests.
Has anyone else been through this?
The blood tests are on Friday and it's really starting to worry me. The thought of needles in him mainly but also in case something is wrong. He seems to be developing well and wasn't picked up by health visitor or GP.
I have asked GP to rule out fluid he said will go with blood tests first. At my 20wk scan they had to get a second opinion on the fluid in his brain and said was ok. When he was born they briefly fussed over his skull but then said was ok. Hopefully it's all nothing and they are kind to him for the blood tests.
