Large Yolk Sac

Went for a u/s and the doc says that the embryo measures 4mm and the yolk sac is enlarged no heartbeat. We are about 9weeks from LMP but I am a late ovulator so we are about 6 weeks from conception. We just had a miscarriage on April 1. I don't know if I can survive (mentally)another one. Any stories you have with enlarged yolk sac would be appreciated.

UPDATE: so if there is anyone who is reading this I have a D&C scheduled for Friday 7/17/15. The embryo was completely absent at the u/s on 7/17/15. This is my second miscarriage and I am really sad about it. I hope if you are reading this because you are having similar issues that your results are better than ours. :'(
