sorry its not a face pic i tried to cut some background and cropped it wrong

I am trying to get down to 134 ish but cant get below 10stone.

I am eating well and healthily and excersising as much as i can (running round after a toddler and going up and down stairs 40 times a day is helping too) how do you shift the last few lbs??

:flower:

ive read mixing your routine up, doing session exercise harder than you would to shock your body.
put some changes into your eating.

i cant see your before pic?!?

the last 5lbs can be very difficult but it could be something so easy that you had never thought about... maybe cut the sugars in your tea/coffee? swap from semi-skimmed to skimmed milk etc

sometimes people just get to a weight they are meant to be and no more will shift and you look absolutely brill so i wouldnt worry to much about it xx
