here is an easy one and it came out so yum!
boil half a bag of pasta any kind you like, i used spaghetti, drain and set aside.
In a big frying pan or wok put the following:
half a green cabbage chopped
3 carrots peele and cut into carrot sticks
3 zuchinis washed, with skin on cut into sticks
1 onion diced
6 or 7 buttom mushrooms chopped or canned ones
1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.
spices: salt, pepper, granulated garlic, ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 table spoons soya sauce
fry all the above on medium heat, for about 10 minutes until softened, make sure to mix it up a few times.
cut up 2 chicken breasts (about 600 grams) into strips or chunks , spice with chicken spice, fry the pieces for about 5 minutes each side till they are no longer pink and are juicy and tender.
Throw the spaghetti, chicken and veggies together and lower the flame, mix it all up for just a few minutes so everything shares its flavour! enjoy!
