Late diagnosis of gestational diabetes...

So at 37 weeks it looks like I have just beenndiagnosed with borderljne gestatiinal diabeges I was fine when I was tested at 26 weeks but have been measuring 3 to 5 weeks ahead SFH since 24 weeks and on my last growth scan at 36 weeks baby is estimated at 8lb3oz. Then I had sugar in my urine so they decided to retest me. Now I dont see my doctor till Tuesday, I will be 37w4d. I already have a c section scheduled at 39 weeks for other reasons, do you think my doctor will do anything different at this point? In retrospect I am dissapointed I wasnt retested earlier!

I had it with all 3 kids they induced me at 38 weeks

I'm in exactly the same situation (posted a thread on third tri about it) I basically got told I have it on Friday just gone but due to the holiday weekend and every sodding doctor and midwife being on holiday I have no info whatsoever. I was so worried I was too scared to eat yesterday.

Let me know if you have any advice or info, will be stalking the thread
