Late or not

Up until around 4 months ago I had a regular 25 day cycle. Then it switched to 21 days but still like clockwork.
I'm now on CD 23 and no AF....would you class that as late it or wait until 25 days and see what's happening???

I had a similar issue this month, went from a 26 day cycle to a 30. I would wait a few more days. A lot of ladies on here have been late this month, it’s been a strange month

Still no AF!!!
