Late period and negative test

So I was due for my period yesterday. I have a 25 day cycle that is like precise clockwork. Well, no AF still yet today. Ive tried 3 different brands of home preggo tests and all are negative. I did not have regular PMS symptoms this month. BUT, for 3 days now I have had a terrible headache, feel like my heart is gonna beat right outta my chest, nausea, and terrible backache, diarrhea (sp), and feeling kinda "full" up under my ribcage on both sides. I have had 4 children already, had miscarriages, and an ectopic. None of these experiences was the same as the others-not even the term pregnancies.
What do y'all think? Is there a baby in there?? (Sure hoping so!)
