Late period with off and on cramps! Help!!!!!

OK, so I was supposed to get my period on the 4th of this month but it didnt come! That will make my period 2 days late! I have irregular periods but usuall between 46 and 48 days sometimes! Usually when my period is late I dont cramp until my period actually comes! During this ''two-week wait'' I have had sore breasts that are NEVER SORE during my period and occasional frequent trips to go wee! I am HOPING that we have conceived our liddo one as our 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS COMING ON THE 15TH OF THIS MONTH!!! I am scared to test because I dont want to be disappointed! Could I be pregnant or is my body playing tricks on me??

You could be pregnant, but it's really hard to say without doing a test. AF and early pregnancy symptoms are pretty much similar. I know what you mean being afraid of testing incase you don't get the answer you want. I feel like that too, but unfortunately that's the only way to find out!
