Hi my name is jess my husband and I have been ttc for about a year now and nothing has come from it yet.. My periods have always been on a reg schedule like time work and I have been keeping and calendar of all the important days. Up until the last couple months my periods have been normal but these past 4 months or so it seems like I'm always late weather it be a week or a month late and after a week I take a test and there always negative. Then I start about 2 days after MOST the time I'm just wondering if any one knows why all the sudden my periods are not normal any more? Has anyone had this happen and if so what was the turn out? Thanks in advance for all the responses!

Mine were always pretty regular and always the same length and usually the same flow on the same days. Back in May I had a very short Very irregular period that was spotting to light at most and this month it was also very short and mostly days of spotting. So I guess its normal to have weird ones out of the blue... Sorry I'm not much help but I don't think its cause to worry. Probably just a change in hormones or stress. But if u have been trying for a year it wouldn't hurt to consult a doctor. Good luck! And lots of :dust:!

I don't want to worry you, but my cycle was like clockwork (but on the longer end of normal at 35 days) and then went irregular. Was diagnosed with PCOS not long afterwards. But as PP said, it could be something simple like stress or hormones. Has anything changed over the last few months, particularly health/diet wise?

it could possibly just be from stress of TTC my periods are very regular but sometimes are late when i stress too much about it as well
