Been told to drink flat coke so we are doing that, Im lucky, i have been able to hold it all in, poor jase tho wasnt so lucky hehe.

Both feeling a bit better today, no more trips to the loo for Jase lol Still got a funny tummy but i feel more alive whcih is good.

i pour a wee bit out, and shake the bottle then slowly open, letting gas out, do this a couple of times...i then pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes to get nice and cold then take small sips often, works a treat...bxox
