Leapfrog my pal vs. Fisherprice laugh & learn puppy

I would like to get one of these for my dd.

Either the leapfrog my pal violet or the fisherprice laugh & learn love to play puppy.

In your opinion which one is the better out of the 2 and why?

They both seem pretty similar to me but just wanted your opinions please. Thanks!

Violet has been far the more favoured in our house, mainly because she can play 5, 10, 15 mins of music so she became part of the bedtime routine. DD1 still loves her violet at the age of 5 and dd3 already has her own. Laugh and learn came and went in this house x

Thank you! Was reading reviews last night and it seemed leapfrog one was favoured a lot more than the Fisher price so think i will stick to buying my pal violet!

I'd go for Violet too as I think there is more longevity in it too. DD got hers on her first birthday and it still goes to bed with her occasionally at 4.

The Read With me versions are fantastic too for older LOs.
