Does everyone but me feel when they 'let down'? My breast pump wants me to push a button for stronger sucking action once I let down, I just push it after about 30 seconds and it starts working right away...I have no 'tingling sensations' or 'warm rush' nothing at all. Just curious if there are others who couldn't tell either :)

I only feel it sometimes! But sometimes during the course of a feed, I'd feel it three or four times!

I never feel it. Sometimes (rarely) I'll feel it in the opposite breast to the one I'm feeding on, and when I look it's leaking, but other than that nope I don't feel a thing xxxx

I feel it only when my breasts are very full. I always say "they're about to erupt!". :) Thats the feeling. It feels like theyre about to erupt.

Nope. I only feeling the milk droplets hitting my stomach if lo hasn't latched yet. Lol

I've been feeding for 5.5 months and only started feeling it 2 months ago!

Well good! I feel better knowing I'm not the only one!!! :D

I only feel the first let down each feed, but I feel this weird tugging sensation in my stomach exactly 30 seconds before every subsequent let down, even though I don't feel anything when the milk actually comes.
