Letrozole for PCOS and Infertility?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and apologize if this forum is repetitive.

I was considering joining a medical study for women with PCOS. They study was basically trying to test if using Clomid or Letrozole would result in lower rates of multiple births. I know that Letrozole is a breast cancer medication, does anyone know anything about its use for infertility?
