I am having a gender scan in 3 weeks so I can update and let yous all know who guess right

As long as s/he is healthy that's all that matters but I really can't wait to find out!! I always liked the idea of not knowing, and with my DS we never found out, but my DS has autism so we feel for his sake its better to be prepared and know the sex. Now that I've got used to the idea of finding out the gender I am dying to know!!! 19 days and counting

3 more sleeps (inc tonight) till I can update you all. I am SOOOOO excited. I swear I am thinking more about my scan than Christmas even nicer than I am allowed 5 guests so I am taking my hubby and son and my parents. I can't believe that baby is big enough to be able to tell the sex and yet I'm not showing yet and can't feel movrment. It's crazy!

And then to add to the excitement my best friend is being induced on the 29th so by new year I will have a little baba to get cuddles off and practice. Her current daughter is like a niece to me so I can't wait to meet the new addition. So much excitement crammed into a short space of time

are you having a private scan or is it a reveal at an appt with ur ob?

i have an appt this week with my ob, but she doesnt do gender until 20 weeks. so the next week, i will have a private scan ith 3d imaging to tell gender. its nerve wracking

Its a private scan. I don't have another scan at the hospital until I'm 20 weeks, and I will ask them to double check gender while I am there. just in case . I wanted to have a private scan as I have a 10 year old son with Autism and I wanted to pay for a scan where they would take extra time with him showing him the baby and it having nothing to do with medical things, just something for him to enjoy and find out if he's getting a brother or sister. Hes so excited about it. I asked him if he was excited to find out if he's getting a brother or sister and he said "of course I am, its a new family member after all" He's going to be an amazing brother. . I can't wait to see his wee face when he see's the baby, they do complimentary 4D viewing during it as well which will be lovely.
