Only 3dpo but had wet cm and my nipples are enlarged. Not sure if symptoms show up sooner 3rd pregnancy or if it’s nothing?

14dpo and my heart rate has been steadily climbing. Last month it only increased from 51-54 before AF, today it’s 59 with AF due tomorrow. We shall see!

I've got a confusing symptom set happening.

I didn't check for Ovulation, because we thought we would give the trying a break, because of hubby's low sperm count, we didn't want to take a bunch of medication for extended amounts of time..

Anywho, Friday I felt a gush, and I've been spotting since. actual AF is due on the 9th. During AF my cramps are gruesome, as i have endometriosis.
I have hardly had any cramping, none worth writing home about. My cervix today is high soft and closed. My boobs have been hurting so dang bad for well over a week and my nips (not areola) are bright pink!

The bleeding is intermittent, like initially it was a gush of light red, the brown, then almost nothing, back to pink, brown, now again light red.

I feel so frustrated and confused.

I'm 4/5 dpo. I've had these symptoms over the course of these last 4/5 days.

Sore nipples, every day
cramping on day 1 & 2
nausea day 3 & 4
dizzy waves 3 & 4
mild cramping day 4

I am anxiously waiting, and having a really hard time not peeing on a stick everyday, even though logically I KNOW it is tooo early! Ack
