So I've seen alot of talk of CM and I guess I'm really confused and clueless

How do I know if during ovulation my CM is "normal"?? Is it enough? I know this also plays a role when TTC.

Also read the preseed helps but I mean I'm not dry down there and we dont have any issue about dryness down there when we BD
but then again its not oozing out what is "normal"

As far as I know, it should be clear or milky colored and stretchy during your ovulation time (few days before and on the day of). Once you dry up you probably O'd. It should have consistency and look like raw egg whites so that's why it's called EWCM (egg white cervical mucus)...I'm not sure how much you need to have, but if you have lots thats good - more chance for sperm to survive Good luck dear!

I dont have any egg white CM... does this mean I shoould be using a lube?
Is this something your doctors checks?
