Has anyone else received a letter from a company called Concentrix?

I received a letter from them last week saying that they think im being paid the wrong amount of tax credits and they wanted me to send a copy of my husbands work contract, a letter from his employer stating his hourly rate of pay and his contracted hour and also to send all weekly wage slips from April - November 2014.

They gave me a month to do so and explained that my tax credits would stop if I didn't send this information in.

I rang them up in a panic and explained that my husband (stupidly) doesn't keep his wage slips and that I only had 5 of them all from January 2015. The man on the phone said to send them in along with the letter from hubby's employer and a covering letter explaining why there is only 5 wage slips.

I posted everything off last week and I'm just waiting for a reply.

Has anyone else revived one of these letters? I've been completely honest with HMRC since I started claiming tax credits but now I'm panicking incase ive unintentionally done something wrong!

I had a similar letter back in Sept last year, but from HMRC....not a 3rd party. THey just wanted a copy of our P60 and a wage slip....

Sent them off and never heard anything back. TC never stopped so I assume all is ok

Yes I've spoken to HMRC about concentrix.

I was just wandering if anybody else has received a letter from them.

I'm just not sure why they are investigating my claim.

possibly as there note taking and record keeping are SUB standard?

I had mine queried because the amount I told them was less than my P60 was saying........that was because SMP was taken off.........and I remember asking the guy to confirm I take off SMP, and he said yes.......and I also had on my form that I had just taken 39 weeks maternity leave..........yes 2+2=5!
