pump and dump save an extra milk a day for a few weeks, feeeze them then have a night off and give baby the saved up milk and pump the milk and dump it, for 24 hours

aslong as you leave 1hr per unit to get it out of your system you dont even need to pump and dump

I'm due on the 18th Nov and have got my scan on 1st July! I'm not a big drinker usually but the last few weeks I have been thinking about a nice cold pear cider A LOT! Nothing nicer on a hot day!x

I miss a nice glass of white wine after work and since it's started getting warmer if I pass OH a nice cold beer it makes me want one so much. I'll also be doing the occassional pump and dump.

I miss it too Boo hoooo! I will be BF too so will be avoiding it then aswell. Apart from one night, 18th November when Breaking Dawn part 1 comes out. Having a night out with the girls cant wait I am due 30th September so I will have a few weeks to stock pile milk
