lightening bolt pulsating feeling in crotch (16 weeks)

I noticed yesterday morning and this morning, while laying in bed, that I felt pulsing pain in my crotch. It only lasted a few seconds each time in happened. Has anyone had this?

Yes I have it all the time 🙈🙈 certainly a bit of a shock

My biggest fear is something wrong with my cervix... could this be a sign of incompetent cervix?

Might have been from baby kicking or moving a certain way

Had this quite frequently with DS, I don't think it's an indication of incompetent cervix.
