Im gonna quickly stick up my story whilst madam seems to be tuned into CSI lol.
My hind waters went on wednesday the 13th and i started to get waves of strong cramps and contractions. I called the hospital to let them know but they told me to stay at home till i was too sore, so i thought yey this is it ill have my daughter soon.
All day they were comig anywhere between 10 mins and 3 mins and were definatley getting tronger.
I went to the hospital about 8pm on the wed night to be assesed as i was awfully sore and could get comfy. the sister examined me cecked my BP and urine etc but as labour was busy and i wanted to go as naturally as possible she agreed to let me home to labour in comfort and booked an induction for the friday at 8am( due to my waters having gone)
All day thurs i was contracting and coping well just looking forward to the fact things were well on there way
AWWW NOOOOO SHES JUST WOKE UP AND SCREAMING LOL

Went to be induced fri 8am had full dosage of syntocin from 9-12 checked at 12 2cm and very favorable. At 3.30 she re-examined me and seen I still had a wee bag of waters so she broke them and I started to lose it hahaha the waters going pulled her down onto my cervix which was still2cm before waters were popped.
about 30 mins later i couldnt bear it and wanted to push, she examined me again and i was a full 10cm.
At this point i made mum call OH back who had went for a bite to eat lol
so I was pushin so hard and her head was disappearing bak in and her heartrate was dropping with every contraction. I could hear the machines buzzing to say se was distressed
ended up havin about 15 doctors for a forceps delivery and I got a 4th degree tear. The tear was caused by a having 2 doctors working on me ....the one with the knife for episiotomy told me to pant pant pant when her head was out as she would need to cut me and the doctor with forceps told me to push. of course all i heard was push so when i did i tore as doctor wth scalpel didnt get enough time. But I didn't feel it at the time.
I was taken to theatre 4 hours later and given 16 stitches inside and out sorry if TMI so im still very very raw bt have full use of my insides and am able to go to toilet normal so thats the main thing.
Lily is thriving on my boobies and is a very contented baby, she only crys to let you know shes hungry or when her nappy is being changed. Midwife weighed her yesterday at 5 days and she has lost only 20grams.
I cannot believe how much i love her but i do wish my birth had went better as i feel a bit dissapointed in myself sometimes that i couldnt get her out but oh keeps reassuring me that i did him proud, especially as i did it all on gas and air.....i did have some diamorphine but that was at 10am to let me sleep so had worn off by 2pm before anythin started lol
we got out the next day at 12pm as i was in a ward with skanky people and refused to spend another minute there...they only wanted me to stay in due to my stitches anyway.
