Little advice?

Hey, I'm new here and was just wondering about other people's experiences regarding this.

I had my implant taken out near the end of April. I came on 2 days later!!
So me & my partner wanted to start trying. And so far nothing, I've had Mays and June's AF which has gutted me.
I've heard how people regret it and I do now
But is there any advice or experiences with this you can share.
I'm due again in about 17 days.
My last one I was 9 days late so was getting hopeful but nothing.
Will it really take long?

hiya my implant came out october 31st and my first af was january 25th, then my cycles have been 45-50 days long and im still trying !
