OK Girlies well things have been soooo hectic lately as I have been trying to sort out a home for me and my new little family and we are heading down today to place a security deposit on a beautiful little bungalow.

Its only newly built as in April this year, it’s a two bedroom and yup for the girlies I was discussing this with it has a bath with a shower Woohoo :happydance:
The two rooms are master bedrooms so they are a good size the house is totally unfurnished however she (landlady) has said she will get us a washing machine we have a cooker (brand new touch hob soo nice) It’s an open plan kitchen with the arch leading into a spacious living room which has an open fire:cloud9: also has oil heating. We have a drive and a nice size of a garden all for £100 a month.

We have been looking at furniture and as we have money saved we have worked out we can buy our furniture all brand new and good quality for under £2000 thankfully we have been picking up bits and have our babys stuff got!
So for under £2000 we can get all the bellow brand new, due to my amazing OH

Wardrobe x2
Double Bed
Chest of Drawers
Bed Side Locker x2
Fridge Freezer
Tumble Dryer
Table and Chairs
TV Stand
Corner suite sofa
All Brand new

Sorry for the long post but I'm sooo happy I cannot believe how lucky we are, however its day 2 of me sitting in waiting for my GHDs to arrive :growlmad: so annoying as it promised next day delivery xxxx

brilliant news! you must be so excited :)
£100 a month?! where do you live?! I think I need to move there :haha: x

aww thats amazing hun, really happy for you
and hope your GHD's come soon lol :)
xoxoxox

Way! Good news hun, it sounds lovely. And £100 a month, how the hell did you manage to swing that?! I think i'm moving there too :D..xx

Its cause its 10mins outa the town thats why its £100. . . Love it!

My ghds came and there not working I called the company and its a bad batch Im not to bothered as my house is amazing xoxo

10 mins from town and still only £100, please let me move where you live!!! I live over half an hour from town and there's a house for rent in my street (I still live with my parents btw) so because of the distance between the houses I thought I'd see how much they're looking for... £500 a month. So gutted as it's waaay out of my price range :( xx

ETA: And the house in my street is completely unfurnished except for a cooker. So gutted :( It's only a small upstairs flat with one big bedroom and one smaller one, but I really wanted it considering it's only 2 doors down from my mum and dad :( xx

mines unfurnished also but at the rent price I dont care xoxo

You're so lucky. I'm majorly jealous haha xx
