Is anyone else doing it??

Basically, for those who don't know, its a sponsored charity event where you live off £1 a day for 5 days!

Its meant to put you in the equivalent of extreme poverty and help you appreciate how much of a struggle it is for some people to live.

I'm on day 1 at the moment and struggling already.... just wondering if there are any other BnB live below the line-rs?

There's plenty of days we don't spend anything at all but obvs we would still have food in anyway and stuff so wouldn't make any difference, but if it raises awareness that's great x

how do you do it? what are you allowed to start with i.e. food etc x

Eating the food you already have in the house is not allowed.

It means using just £5 for 5 days of eating and drinking. equivalent to £1 per day. So i went to asda yesterday and spent £5 on everything I will be eating until saturday!

I could do it no problems food wise, loaf of bread 3 tins of beans would do me for 5 days but does that include your family to or is it £1 per person or family xx

Edit: forget that I only did 1 meal a day lol! Jeez that would be hard!
