So we combo feed, but since I've been back to work and LO has been at daycare, we breastfeed less and less, and now she can't seem to remember how to latch. Last weekend was the last time we tried and she just couldn't get it - she was sliding around, popping on and off, and milk was just running everywhere. She got visibly frustrated and finally I just gave up and gave a bottle of pumped milk. I'm okay with continuing to pump and give her bottles, but I do miss that special time we had together - is there any way to kind of teach her how to latch again?

Babies can relearn but if you have to continue using a bottle that may also add to the nipple confusion and worsening technique.
I think it would be a good idea to consult a Lactation Consultant or meet up with your local La Leche League group (free) to have your baby's latch looked at and corrected.

Four months is a classic time for this even without bottle preference because babies suddenly become longer and the positions we are used to feeding in suddenly mean LO isn't nose to nipple anymore.

I agree about visiting a group or calling up for a home visit from an LC
