LO making himself gag

My son has always liked sucking his fist, he's almost 4 months and lately has been sticking his fingers in so far he gaga. How can I stop this?

Hmm my little girl has done this since she was about two months but it's very rare now. My personal thoughts are just leave them to it and they will find gagging unpleasent and quickly learn how to not do it. If you keep trying to help/stop it then I think it will take longer for them learn not to. But that's my way XX
