LO not eating much

My LO had his 3rd set of injections on Friday. He is also teething I think. He is off his milk and I dont know what to do! He usually takes 7oz throughout the day and 8oz for his last bottle. He has been stopping when there is between 3 and 4 oz left. Also if I take the bottle out to wind him he wont let me put it back in! Just pouts his lips shut lol.
Im a bit worried, but my mum says it could be the injections.
