Log Out Question

This may be totally stupid.. but im confused! lol.

i read somewhere if i log out of my account here that i wont be able to log back in? Its the same as deactivating an account?

Im scared to log out now! Ah! Did i read this wrong? Im confused!

Logout then log back in with your username and password.
