logistics of 3 under 3yrs?

just wondering if anybody has known anybody cope with 3 children under 3 years/just turned 3....?

I've got a friend who has 3 under 3 (and 2 slightly older) and everything runs like clock work for her (I use that term slightly, as we all know what children can be like) But she swears by routine and her OH helping her out. Things seem to work for her. I am not brave enough for 3 under 3, 2 under 3 is my upper limit ;-) I guess like having your first baby and subsequent ones, you just need to adjust and be very organised I guess.
