Long cycle, late o, short LP. B vitamins?

Hi everyone,

So the title says it all. But how to fix it? My LP is 10 days but I spot for about 4 days before AF too. I have heard about b6 success in lengthening LP so I bought 50mg b6. But now I've also read that you shouldn't take it without b12! Or to take a b complex. So I've looked at b-50 b complex, but I have a big problem swallowing pills.. So would it be better to buy 50mg b12 and take that with the b6 plus folic acid?! So very confusing. Any idea what the best solution for me would be? Who has had success? Does b6 help with spotting?

I'm not sure if the Bs help with spotting, but I would take the 50mg of B12 as well as everything I've read says to take them together.
