Long Term PROSTAP before IVF

Hi There
Never posted a new thread before but after googling for days without finding any answers someone suggested I try this!
I am on long term Prostap due to nasty Endometriosis and I am due to start my first IVF cycle next month.
What I am wondering is, as I am already down regulating will my cycle just start with the stimulating bit??
Has anyone else been in this situation??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi hun

Welcome to BNB and yes i have been on prostap ( i was on zoladex its equivalent) for both my IVF goes. I was on it for 4 months each and went straight into stimms. Im not sure of your questions, im glad to help and there is a few of us on here who have been on prostap before IVF.

Hi ya,

I was also on Zoladex for severe endometriosis, similar to Prostap for 9 months before my IVF. With mine, they scheduled my stimms to start exactly 4 weeks after my last zolly injection. Then I had a Synarel nasal spray which I took daily while I was on the stimm drugs.
