Looking for abit of reassurance..hoping I'm not alone with this

Hello!

I suffer with extremely painful periods, I had 3 ultrasounds last week which yesterday I got the results for. I was told that they had shown a fibroid and polyps in my womb and scarring and fluid under my right ovary. I have to make an appointment on friday to see a gyno for a further opinion on what the fluid is.

I just wanted to know whether anyone else has had anything like this?
