Good afternoon,
I had my anomaly scan yesterday and was told there was several areas of concern, the main one being the head being 'lemon shaped' this is an indicator of spina bifida, they looked at the spin and although there was nothing obviously very wrong they did see an area they weren't completely happy with so I went for a 4 scan amd though that didn't show any more I am going to St Marys Hospital in Manchester on Tuesday to see a specialist.
They did say they couldn't see the banana formation on the back of the skull and they couldn't see the cellebrum (if that's how you spell it) not sure what to make of this at all.
Can anyone relate, offer any advise or have you had the same experience? ?
Just want to be prepared for what may be said next week xx
