Looking for Avatars

I've searched high and low for cute avatars for here that don't blink since I'm assuming it won't allow them to use as my profile pic. I've only got a few in my photobucket that I would want to use on here...and even then I can't decide on anything. So does anyone have some already made...or know where I can find some...or maybe would want to make some for me to use? Pretty pretty please?
