Looking for support buddy

Hey y'all
I'm CD 4(4-2). I'm just looking for someone to make sure I go to the gym 4 days a week and get my body baby healthy. I take prenatals with OJ every morning. I have preseed if needed. I use OPK and BBT. I am a HUGE worry wart and think about everything. I need someone willing to help keep me sane. The TWW I can handle. I get worried and stressed before O. I need someone to help keep my nerves at bay. Who wants to be my friend? Message me on here if you wanna be myour friend.

Still looking? I'm starting back at the gym today..and having someone to vent to through this would be awesome...DH is great but he can only empathize so much...and if one more person tells me to just 'relax' and 'practice more' I'm going to scream haha
 
I need some gym buddies and someone to help with keeping my sanity in check too, so I'm down to be a support buddy if you all are still looking for some.

Step 1: healthy diet. I just finished prepping a grapefruit and avocado salad for lunch tomorrow and a green smoothie (spinach, celery, cucumber, green apple, lemon, and banana) for a snack.

Step 2: exercise. Gotta motivate to go to the gym...ughhhh

Diet is the hard part for me ... I love food...in fact I had a cheeseburger and fries for lunch today...total fail :(

I did however get my butt to the gym today...and quickly found out how out of shape I am...oh well...one day at a time! Haha

 
yeah the diet thing can be tough, but if you menu plan out for the week and stick to it, after two weeks you can reset your brain to not crave the bad stuff as much (and by bad, I mean greasy and delicious of course). My weakness is pizza. I swear I could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Have you tried cooking light? I often use their recipes online and can find good "lightened" version of classic comfort foods that helps when I'm having a craving for something unhealthy. I can share some favorites with you if you'd like.

I need a trainer at the gym. I need structure, someone pushing me, and also guiding me on how to do the workouts properly. Unfortunately trainers cost money I don't have to spend right now, so I'll have to figure something else out. First step though is to actually get my behind into the gym. Brought my clothes today though not sure I'll have time after work. But have it just in case.
