loosing weight journey to being a wife & mummy

I have to loose 2 stone in 9 months.
To get into my wedding dress & so they put me on the IVF waiting list. Im not a good dieter so Ive joined the gym. Target areas are my arms, hips, stomach and thighs.

I currently weigh 15 st 11lb and have a BMI of 34.1

I need to get down to 13.10 stone and have a BMI of 30.

Ive decided to just eat normally but not eat excessive and eat loads of fruit and veg to fill me up instead of constantly grazing !!! I'm starting the gym on monday 3 times a week and legs bums and tums on a friday. :flower:

Just thought Id start maybe a little thread of my journey to lossing weight to be a wife and mother :flower::flower::kiss:
