Loosing Weight!!

    Hey Girls!!!
    As women i'm sure theres a few of us trying to lose weight.
    Was thinking we could have a weighing in thread?

    If you post your start weight here - and how often you'll be weighing
    (cos i know a few people doing paul mckenna who says weigh every 2 weeks minimum!)

    If we can do Monday weigh ins? That would be great?


    Start Weight
    HayleyB - 15st 11 - 31st Aug - Weighs 2 weekly
    Tootsie - 13st 7 - 1st Sept - Weighs 2 weeklyish
    Wobbles - 13st 2 - 13th Sept

    I will be here very soon, infact I am seeing my Doc tomorrow and I think i will see if I can follow WW as it is a healthy diet, not just about losing weight alone!!

    I can't afford to gain any more, I gained so much with my little girl and I never lost it :oops: no way do I wanna gain with this pregnancy!!!

    Although I have lost quite a bit due to the Hypermesis Grevadium (sp?).

    Starting Weight.
    Currently 13st 7oz :shock:

    Would like to lose whatever by whenever :lol: but holding out no hope.
    Am currently TTC too just to put a spanner in the works. I'll weigh myself once every two weeks or so. but as for diet plan i'm on my own :oops:

    No sweet stuff and cakes etc.... trying to eat healthily (says the woman who had fried eggs for lunch) wouldn't mind dropping some weight before i become preggers but i been trying since just after my last boy nearly 5 years ago

    Well I am having steak tonight, so I will see about starting tomorrow or Monday, as I have the green light from the Doc!!! YAY!!!!

    i'm having pizza tonight, but i proabably wouldn't eat alot of it my abertate (Sp?) has gone out the window since i have been ill

    I jumped on the scales this morning (well not literally jumped) :lol:
    Am down to 15st 9...
    So in the time since my dieticians appt i've lost 2lbs...
    Am so made up! All that from Paul Mckenna!!
    Just keep going! lol!!!

    I'll start next week, I keep cheating :oops: You wouldn't belive how many Tuna mayo sandwiches and egg custards I've had this last 2 weeks.

    I've told myself that I need to win the lottery and then I can cut the hard work out and have liposuction. Ready for when I go round the world sunning myself in bikinis, Wouldn't dare now, they'd think a whale had beached itself and shove me in the water :lol:

    OCTOBER 29TH GOAL WEIGHT: 10 STONE 7 POUNDS


    WEEKS TO WEIGH IN:

    OCT 1ST
    OCT 8TH
    OCT 15TH
    OCT 22ND
    OCT 29TH


    AMOUNT TO LOSE PER WEEK: TWO POUNDS
