Lost the urge to pee

I had a natural delivery, no pain killers, 11 days ago, and a 2nd degree tear.

I realized that since giving birth I haven't had the urge to pee. Has anyone else experienced this, and did it get better? I've heard the nerves can regenerate themselves.

I didn't have a catheter.

Not sure whether its related but I also had this and I had a 3rd degree tear with no pain relief. Do u find that when u do pee, u can't believe how much your bladder can hold? I needed to pee immediately after giving birth and couldn't go, I was catheterised before going to theatre (third degree stitching) and drained 500mls straight away.
It does get better though, keep on with your pelvic floors tho x

I had the same after having my daughter. I'd go hours and hours without needing to go, sometimes all day, was strange :L

I had the same thing, but had a section. I would never feel like I had to go a d would notice I hadn't been in a while so would try and would go tons. It did eventually come backs.
