lots of CM a few days before and late AF?

Heya, I can't really recall but I don't think I get any CM usually before AF, but this month I have loads, more so the past week, I'm 16DPO and 3 days late, and the smell seems a bit different, not bad so not an infection just there! Could this be a sign of early preggers, as I've heard it could be? Should there be a pattern with CM changes before AF as there is during ovulation?

I think cm before AF is due is good - especially if it is different for you.

Tehee thats all I have been doing! you don't need to tell me once, I should take shares out in FRER as tested at 2.30am and again at 3pm today and BFN!! been testing like a mad woman all week since 10DPO. If I get to a week late will go docs for blood test, or maybe I'll go to my family planning clinic for advise.
