Low beta but doubling , cause for concern?

So , I’m totally freaking out guys . Sorry I haven’t been in for a while.
I got my first bfp on the 28th of August. Super light . Had dr run beta and it came back at 14 , the next day my GP ran it at 28.
Yesterday I was at a 114 and they’re still concerned it’s low as I am 5 weeks 2 days.

Do the numbers matter or just that it’s doubling? I want this so bad.

It’s possible also that I ovulated late, could this Affect the #s?

I'm confused, did you have betas run on 8/28 or that was just the first positive test? If it was 14 on 8/28 and 114 yesterday 9/4 then I am very sorry to say that's not generally a sign of a viable pregnancy that said I have read of similar situations turn around. Hope you get some answers soon

The numbers are doubling every 48 hours they just started out very low. The 28 would have doubled to a 56 and the 56 to a 112 , I’m at 114 so not horrible. I’m just concerned about the numbers being so low

OHH ok with the numbers doibling I think you're fine and withon range. They generally look for doubling ever 48-72 hours so you are spot on, even better that it's not taking 3 days to double. You're in the early days, they start out doubling slower then pick up I believe after a couple weeks.

Sounds like all is going just fine! If your tests ate still getting darker and your numbers are rising and no bad cramping or bleeding, then I see no reason to worry!

I think you're in good shape! I had betas on the low side of normal but they doubled appropriately and all was well. The internet scared the hell out of me, but hey: I gave birth to a 10 lb boy.

Just remember they have to start somewhere I remember my first draw was 150 and that was around 5 weeks and used to think i was going to lose my daughter.

32 days , but I could have ovulated late. This cycle was supposed to be an iui but was cancelled due to follicles not big enough to trigger, apparently they just took longer

Then all is probably fine. You’re not 5w2d yet because your cycles aren’t text book 28 days. So if you weren’t ready for trigger then you ovulated later than normal. Numbers are increasing which is a great sign!
