Low Carb or Low GI (with pcos)

Hi ladies

I'm trying to follow a low carb low GI diet but it seems combining the both is pretty difficult so I was wondering which one to follow alone?

I have PCOS and I do really struggle with my weight. I lost alot of weight following the cambridge weight plan but this time I want to lose it through healthy eating.

I like the idea of low GI and having "good" carbs but I'm worried having carbs will slow down weight loss :-S

Low carb is tough but it works?!
 
My OH and i have done low carb for about a month now. Hes lost 20lb and ive lost 13lb. We dobt look at the carbs in everything just cut out things that are clearly carby like bread, pasta, rice etc. I havr to say it does work. My 13lb loss this month is including me overindulging maybe 9 days too lol. Choccies, dinner out etc. But as soon as i get back on it whatever ive put on comes off with in about three days :)long may it continue lol
