Low grade fever - is it going to harm chances of conception/implantation??

I was really sick last week with the flu - temps hit 102.5 and I've been pretty much running a low grade fever since then except for 1 or 2 days. it's right around 99.5 now. I'm also fighting a cold which i think has turned to bronchitis - and my ears are starting to hurt so I think it might be sinus infection too.

Am I hurting my chances of getting pregnant do you think?

I believe I am 2DPO at the moment

Hi sorry i am unsure i am 3dpo today and also sick with bit of a temp and head cold. I have heard it can be a good thing when immune system down. Lets hope for us it is. FX'D
