Low lying placenta previous bleed and sex??

I have a low lying placenta that my consultant was sure would move I had a massive bleed at 15+5 and have spotted since I have been told to not have sex I'm now 20+5 does anyone know if its ok to do other stuff as long as there is no full penetration?? Thanks

Have you had your 20 week scan? I had a big bleed at 15 weeks because my placenta was low. By 21 weeks it was up high where it should be. X

I have it today I'm hoping its moved or it will by the time I'm due don't fancy a section after 4 natural deliveries x
