Low Lying Placenta...

I went for a placenta doppler scan today with my consultant to see if everything with baby was in good working order. He said that i have a low lying placenta and its on the cervix (not covering the opening) and it might move up. He said i should only avoid having sex as it may cause bleeding but i have been told today i should avoid doing all housework which involves bending and lifting things is this true or can i carry on as usual. I would appreciate your answers xx
