Low ovarian reserve

Hello, my RE just told me he thinks my unexplained infertility is actually low ovarian reserve. Has anyone been diagnosed with this and had any luck. I'm getting desperate.

Do you know what your lab values are? FSH and AMH would be the most helpful.

Same here Mas, I was thinking of starting a thread on this and then stumbled on yours. My FSH jumped from 10-17 in a matter of months and my AMH is 1.9. I've also been diagnosed with low ovarian reserve and only have one ovary as the right one was removed due to a ruptured cyst.

I had two attempts at IVF ,was given the highest dose of the medication but did not respond and had 3-4 follicles of very very low quality. I didn't even get to the egg retrieval part and was told to consider egg donar, which I can't as it's against my faith.

So now after nearly 5 years I have left it all to GOD, I have a very strong feeling that I will get pregnant naturally and will not give up until my body gives up on me.
